Best Service. Wenn forgot our passports at the reception and they brought them to the train station, when we were about to leave the city. Nice people and good quality.

Kindness, friendliness at the highest levels. Riccione, Emilia Romagna their heart never lies. We stayed at the Zanarini hotel, in addition to the superlative service and their friendliness, it deserves a few more stars. Applause to the management who kindly accepted, with a thousand and one night rental, the stay of our 4 labradors as well as us. Highly recommended

We have already stayed twice at this hotel in the center of Riccione. For us it is now a guarantee, Patrizia and all the staff are extremely kind, they make you feel at home and we always feel super pampered, especially Mirtillo, our little dog! Exceptional breakfast, the homemade cakes are super! Now, our only choice in Riccione! 🤩💜

In my experience, from 2019 to 2023 they have only changed positively, you eat very well, plenty of fresh stuff with a speechless buffet 🤩 lots of stuff, a friendly and familiar environment that makes you feel at home!! The owner is an exceptional person who is always attentive!! ❤️ He is always smiling for any of your needs. I recommend it as a hotel 100%!! 😊

Positive experience! The hotel is in a strategic position (50 meters from Viale Ceccarini and 150 meters from the beach, so leave your car in the hotel car park and it will remain there until the end of your holiday). The staff was fantastic and always available to satisfy our every request, from the ladies cleaning the rooms, to the service in the restaurant, the reception, the night caretaker. International breakfast with fantastic savory and sweet dishes, excellent cuisine (lunch and dinner) with always different and high-level dishes. Very nice, clean hotel with large common areas where you can relax in peace. Greetings to the owners and all the staff (especially Patrizia, the pillar of the structure). Vito Luccarelli
